We are seeking a highly motivated major gifts and private foundations expert, who can enable and empower our national and regional offices to deliver successful strategies that optimise giving from these audiences. You will bring with you a wealth of experience, skills, strengths and capabilities from the major gifts field that you draw upon to guide and direct our major gifts community to reach new heights in innovation and ambition in their programs. You will see donors as partners in delivery of our mission and have experience of building campaigns that lead to deepened relationships.

What you must demonstrate:
• Deep understanding of major gift and private foundations fundraising practices and experience of coordinating volunteer-led fundraising activities.
• Self-starter who can get up to speed quickly and work independently to inspire, coach and advise peers and senior colleagues.
• Experience bringing about positive changes in work culture, practices and performance.
• Ability to work seamlessly in cross-border, multicultural teams.
• Excellent communication skills, flexible and proactive approach and willingness to travel frequently.
