Supervisors or managers are to be effective in working for the achievement of the organization’s objectives. They need to know what it is that they are expected to do. Planning allows managers to identify the objectives for which they are responsible and how they need to do to attaining those objectives. Important lessons on goal setting and delegation will provide an enlightening experience. This course will also introduce the time management and planning tools which can help managers to be more effective in performing their tasks.
Personal Effectiveness is another driver for success. As both work activities and organizational structures change, the need for each staff to work at the peak of effectiveness has increased. This Personal Effectiveness section will help the employees understand how they should work and develop themselves to cope with changes and look at ways to improve their professional and personal potential by making positive changes and developing and managing themselves better.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
This training course focuses on developing soft-skills:
Module 1: Essentials of Time Management

TRAINER PROFILE
Mr. Pech Bolene has had 15 years experience in human resource management. He started his management career at a very young age as a branch manager. From 1997 to 2008, Mr. Bolene managed more than 1000 employees for one of the biggest educational institutes at that time. Now Mr. Bolene is a very successful entrepreneur, investor, and Chief Executive Officer. He’s currently the CEO of Westline Education Group, investors in Education, Media, Training and Research companies. He’s also a board of directors of Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia, Junior Chamber International Cambodia & Help Our Homeland Organization. Recently, he was rewarded as an outstanding ASEAN-CHINA young entrepreneur 2011. Mr. Bolene has worked in the fields of educational management, curriculum development, teacher professional development, and human resource management for 15 years. His areas of expertise are in strategic management, organizational behavior, leading with emotional intelligence and leadership. He holds bachelor degree in Education, Master degree in Human Resource Management, and EMBA from the UK.
