Cambodian Food and Service Workers’ Federation (CFSWF) is an independent and democratic trade union was found in 2007 working to protect worker’s rights in food and service sectors in Cambodia to improve working condition, protect worker’s rights and to push to implementation democracy in Cambodia, Especially Cambodia Food and Service Worker’s Federation give the opportunity for students to internship as well. Organizer three positions ( 2 positions in PP & 01 position in Siem Reap)
Requirements
- Bacherlor degree or relevant certificate
- Knowlege in labor law, criminal, and cilvil
- English language can be used
- Hobbies in social works
- Can work as a team
- Has courage and friendly
- Highly self-motivated
- Good communication and able to flexible working
- Union members are encouraged to apply
Duties and responsibilities:
- Meet local workers and promotion on union to them
- Organizing and formation unions in the workplace
- Workers training
- Establish and registered with the labor union
- Facilitated in meeting
- Facilitate in campaign and union’s strike
- Monthly, semester and annual reports to program department
