Cambodian Food and Service Workers’ Federation (CFSWF) is an independent and democratic trade union was found in 2007 working to protect worker’s rights in food and service sectors in Cambodia to improve working condition, protect worker’s rights and to push to implementation democracy in Cambodia, Especially Cambodia Food and Service Worker’s Federation give the opportunity for students to internship as well. Cambodian Food and Service Worker’s Federation is now seeking for Cambodian to fill vacant position below
Legal and dispute resolution officer
Requirement :
- Degree in Law or relevant certificate
- Knowledge in Labor law, crimina and civil law
- At least two years experience
- Good in English language (both in speaking and writing)
- Hobbies in social work
- Can work as a team
- Has courage and friendly
- Highly self-motivated
- Good communication and able to flexible working
- Union members are encouraged to apply
Duties and responsibilities
- Law consultant to workers
- Dispute resolution, negotiation, reconciliation and arbitration processing
- Coordination meeting involving litigation
- Workers training and union activist on relevant law
- Coordinate and leading campaign or strike
- Monthly, semester, and annual reports to program department
- Inspection and prepare law documents
