Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) is the field country project that has been implementing its projects in Cambodia since 2002. GNC is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
Spiritual Development Advisor [Part-time position (2 days a week with some business trip to provinces), based in Head Office, Phnom Penh] => open to foreigner especially English Speaking Person.

Job description:
- Enable GNC staff members to better understand about transformational development, philosophy, world view, belief, power to think, and etc.
- Nurture leadership skill development of all managers
- Work closely with Country Director and management team to advise and develop materials and articles and provide training regarding spirituality to all GNC staff
- Play an important role in promoting the work of GNC. In keeping with changing times and needs, provide inspiration and challenges for the adoption of our movement.
- Attend when and where possible, meetings or workshop and participate actively in the spiritual components of these meetings
- Assist in supervising the spiritual growth and development of all GNC staff
- Be the direct liaison and advocate on spiritual matters with all staff members
- Provide resource material for the membership to assist in their personal spiritual development
- Assume responsibility for the spiritual growth, development with full knowledge of and dedication to the mission and ministry of GNC.
- Bachelor in the related field
- Understand about world view and philosophy
- Commitment to the value of GNC
- Ability to recognize and enable the talents in fulfilling the mission of GNC
- Leadership development and programming skills
- Highly developed communication skills
