- Head of Category Management & Product Development Department-Accountable for profitable Merchandising Plan includes but does not limit to Pricing strategies-Go-To-Market strategies, source and recruit Business Partners, Open-to-Buy, etc-Suggest Product Line expansion and/or extension with qualitative
- Quantitative input; source from ideal channel and negotiate for best supports
Job Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree any relevant field.-Minimum 4 years solid working experience in Merchandising and/or Product Marketing; preferably incumbents from Construction and/or Architectural background.
- Astute business acumen with excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and social network.-Highly committed and willing to work at irregular working hour; expect to travel internationally and domestically extensively.
- Excellent command in spoken and written English is essential; able to communicate in Chinese (spoken & written) is an added advantage
