Administration Officer (Responsible for Transportations)

Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) is a non-profit organization, established at the end of 1995 in Cambodia, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education in Phnom Penh, Preah Sihanouk and Siem Reap. Currently PSE is providing help to more than 6,500 children, supporting around 3,000 children in public schools, 1,500 in the remedial education program, and 1,500 in the vocational training program. Around 500 children benefit from specific educational programs: classes for children with disability, day-care centers, infant welfare, etc. PSE employs more than 600 dedicated staff. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking competitive and capable candidates to fill positions of Administration Officer - Responsible for Transportations  (01 post)

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Schedule, record and control vehicles and other means of PSE transportation
  • Manage and follow up driver schedule based on daily plan
  • Arrange and follow up cleaning schedule for all PSE vehicles
  • Work with PSE Technical Services to check all vehicles in advance before driving to province
  • Check, verify and control all gasoline expenses
  • Work closely with gardener and workers to beautify and maintain the environment green and clean
  • Control and manage administration logistics and inventory
  • Lead and guide hygiene and gardening workers
  • Arrange fire alarm schedule for students to be trained in emergency case occurred
  • Collaborate with human resource department to prepare overtime sheet for hygiene workers, driver, and security guard
  • Perform other administration tasks as manager required

Job Requirements

  • Minimum year IV university student in Business Administration, Economics or other related fields
  • Minimum 1 year experience in administration tasks
  • Technical skills in vehicle maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of office administration and follow up
  • Strong ability to lead and facilitate with workers
  • Able to use English and/or French
  • Hard-working, patient, dynamic and team player
  • Able to drive with valid driving license
  • Computer literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint, and Internet & E-mail)
  • Respect and support PSE’s values and mission
