Office Management and Administration Skills  is designed to provide office administrators,  supervisors of clerical and administrative staff, executive secretaries and personal assistants the opportunity to review and develop the interpersonal and professional skills they need to do their jobs effectively – thereby contributing to their own, their boss’ and their organization's success.

Mr. Phat Thomas has an MBA in the field of management from BBU. He currently works for leading MFIs (HKL) as VP and Administration Director. He had worked for 13 years’ experience with a microfinance institution, Pharmaceutical distributor as HR and administration Director, and NGOs in the field of human resources and administration management. He also attended many local and   international practical training programs on staff management, effective performance management, leadership, communication, administration management, human resource management, and development of SMEs in the Mekong region in Japan and exposer training on practical HR management in Philippine. He has almost 8 years experiences on providing both Practical and  Theory  training to many universities levels.

This training course is specially designed for Office Managers, Team leaders, Administrators, Supervisors, Secretaries, Support Staff and PA’s.
