Good Neighbors International (GNI) is an international humanitarian and development NGO. GNI has made great strides in its mission by providing people around the world with a better quality of life. Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) is the field country project that has been implementing its projects in Cambodia since 2002. GNC is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

Income Generation Program (IGP) Coordinator (1position based in Head Office)

Salary range is from 500USD-550USD with other benefits.

Job description:

• Managing all Income Generation Programs to ensure achievement of quality results as committed in the project design.
• Developing strategy regarding IGP of Good Neighbors Cambodia in sustainable manner.
• Developing Management System of GNC’s IGP.
• Identifying appropriate options and market assessment for IGPs in the CDPs’ sites.
• Developing IGP in CDPs as partnership support for Community Development Project.
• Conducting training courses related to IG, MED, LED, Entrepreneurship, marketing, Value Chain and business analysis and others.
• Conducting regular field visits to gather first-hand information on the quantitative and qualitative aspects of progress of implementation and results.
• Conducting regular monitoring and evaluation of IGP implementations in the CDPs.
• Conducting regular IGP workshop or reflection regarding IGP to the CDP staff and relevant departments.
• Consolidating and produce IGP reports to demonstrate IGP’s outcomes to the project partners
• Networking with private sectors, INGOs/NGOs and other MFIs to build connections regarding IGPs.
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Economic Development, Business Management or related field. Master degree is preferred.
• 3-year experience in managing and directing Income Generation Program, Local Economic Development, Value Chain and Entrepreneurship.
• Strong leadership, management, networking, initiative and coordination skills.
• Strongly analytical and report writing skills.
• Demonstrate teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Khmer
• Excellent computer and typing skills (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
