INVESTCO is an investment company which regroups three companies that are PharmaProduct Manufacturing (PPM), CONFIREL and DEPOMEX.
Based in Phnom Penh, INVESTCO, especially PPM, the leading company in producing and supplying pharmaceutical products and others products locally and internationally, is currently seeking for a suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Business Development Manager in Commercial Department in Confirel based in Phnom Penh.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparation of sales forecast, marketing plan, and action plans as of the responsible designated area.
- Assist Regional Sales Manager in sales, sales strategies and sales optimization
- Responsible for Sales Targets.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
- Responsible for team motivations
- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of whole sales process
Requirements
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to influence people
- Ability to pass the knowledge to the team, share experience and the understand of the market
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to develop relationships and work extensively at the executive level.
- Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
