Good Neighbors International (GNI) is an international humanitarian and development NGO. GNI has made great strides in its mission by providing people around the world with a better quality of life. Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) is the field country project that has been implementing its projects in Cambodia since 2002. GNC is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
Technical Officer (1 position based in Otaki, Battambang province)
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Respond to electric measurement, especially solar energy
- Awareness to working and living with villagers in rural areas, and checking time availability for this technical support
- Dealing with public, other department
- Responding with monthly report
- Responding with store preparation and stock
- Supporting to Technical Team Leader
- 1 year experience
- Capacity to finish work promptly on time required
- Writing and listening English
- Understand basic of electric and solar energy is an advantage
- Good communication with team work, organizational and personality is preferred
- Assess the level of understanding about the rural situation, and ability to vision the changes and critical thinking
- Good English, writing, listening, speaking and understanding
- Knowledge of Ms word, excel, PPT and publisher
- Be feasible on working time
