Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) is the field country project that has been implementing its projects in Cambodia since 2002. GNC is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (1position based in Head Office, Phnom Penh)
Salary range is from $410 to $500 per month plus other benefits

Responsibilities:
- To track project progress and delivery in accordance with the work plan.
- To conduct the periodic comprehensive site visits to ensure quality across the projects, as well as ensuring M&E systems and high quality program data are in place, development and using appropriate quality assurance tools.
- Lead collection and analysis of data from different levels under the monitoring framework, using strategic M&E approaches including: sampling, surveying, impact evaluation, rapid appraisal methodology, etc.
- Prepare M&E reports for internal project documentation; identifying progress and areas for improvement.
- Keep reporting information updated for further development of program and project activities
- To provide capacity building and assistance on M&E to the operational partners and facilitate the learning on the use of data for program improvement;
- Work closely with partner on reporting requirements and necessary documentation;
- To coordinate and support in project implementation to ensure effective planning, monitoring and evaluation activities
- To assist in identifying need for capacity building, training follow-up and project development;
- To participate in regular lessons learnt; feedback sessions with the project team;
- Any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor degree in social science, development studies or related disciplines.
- Knowledge and experience in Health and WASH.
- At least two-year experience in monitoring and evaluation with a local and international NGO Demonstrated ability in program monitoring and evaluation.
- Experience with information analysis and report writing.
- Ability to work well with others in a team spirit.
- Sound communication and problem solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel throughout the country: willingness to undertake regular field visits and interact with different stakeholders.
- Strong English and computer literacy
