Leonard Cheshire Disability's International Department runs education and livelihoods projects, campaigns globally for the rights of persons with disabilities and carries out research at the Disability and Inclusive Development Centre at University College London.


This post holder will

• provide leadership, technical, programme and management support to Leonard Cheshire Disability's programmes in the Africa and Asia Regions.
• be responsible for delivering the organisational and departmental strategic objectives, and for the development of programmes consistent with LCD's mission, values, strategy and goals for each respective Region.
• ensure financial control within the Africa and Asia regions according to the approved annual budgets and plans in collaboration with the Finance Manager
• promote the development of delivery partners including members of the Global Alliance and support the Leonard Cheshire Regional Councils and National Councils
• provide guidance and support for fundraising for the Asia and Africa regions.

This post will require travel overseas.
