Personal Assistant to MD

Job Roles:
  • Performing all-round secretarial and assisting duties including managing day-to-day correspondence, scheduling appointments, generating assigned reports, inter office correspondence, making travel arrangement for business trips, general documentation and filing administration support
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
  • Composing correspondence and conduct administration work for databases
  • Conducting research through telephone, websites, mail services and e-mail according to MD’s inquiries
  • Organizing and attending meetings as and when necessary and ensuring that the Executives are well geared up for meetings.
  • Dealing with correspondence and writing letters, and taking dictation and minutes of meetings and discussion when necessary
  • Organizing, maintaining and updating a central filing system for easy retrieval of information
  • Responsible, manage and co-ordinate office administration
  • Responsible for organizing ad-hoc events
  • Coordinating the daily operation with all divisions through effective communication
  • Responsible for translating confidential documents as per requested (English-Khmer-English)
  • Welcoming and looking after visitors in necessary
  • Handling and additional tasks as requested by MD

Qualifications requirement
  • Cambodian National or Non-Cambodian National who speaks Fluent Khmer and English
  • Bachelor Degree or higher from respectful University
  • Female with height 165 cm up / Male 170 cm up
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer is a must
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, internet search, email, etc.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and interact with Management level
  • Service mind with good interpersonal skill, self-motivated and high responsibility
  • Multi-tasking, willing and able to handle numerous matters simultaneously
  • Work fast and committed to deadlines with high accuracy and tidiness
  • Good coordinator with strong organizing, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently
  • Outstanding social competence with a positive working attitude
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, be organized and reliable
  • Salary is negotiable
