IT Support Executive
Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes
  • First line of service for desk supporting and basic IT troubleshooting for company’s email system (Microsoft Look 2010/Exchange Webmail) and serve operation
  • Quality control on master data maintenance in company server (Windows Server 2008 R2 Server 4.0, Enterprise Edition, Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition 32-bit)
  • Upgrade and configure system software that supports infrastructure applications per project or operational needs
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Enterprise Applications hosted on Windows Server 2003/2008
  • Analyze and identify area of improvement in company’s IT related areas to enhance the productivities of daily performance
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment
  • Responsible for all the administrative tasks such as hardware/software procurement, and IT assets inventory control management
  • Able to work in extended hours or during the weekend if required
  • Willingness to proactively identify and undertake support activities in a high pressure working environment
  • Liaising with manufactures/services providers in keeping software/hardware up to date and overcoming problems or errors in programs/hardware
  • Pay close attention for maintaining the hardware, software, applications, databases, network, email accounts and general IT operating systems for Managing Director
  • Cambodia National, male or female welcome
  • Good command of English and Khmer for both writing and speaking
  • Bachelor or higher degree in Computer information, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in setting up, configuring, maintaining, supporting and maintaining IT hardware and software for Windows Server 2003 / 2008
  • Strong IT skills in email account management for Microsoft Outlook 2010 and Outlook Exchange Webmail server
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Windows, MS Office, Networking (LAN)
  • Good service minded with the right attitude to provide inclusive it support
  • Ability to work under pressure, work independently and effectively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to provide constructive IT solutions
