Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) is the field country project that has been implementing its projects in Cambodia since 2002. GNC is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

Salary range is from $310 to $400 per month plus other benefits

Responsibilities:
- Provide advice of a wide variety of HR functions.
- Support the AD Manager to interpret, communicate and implement GNC policies and process all aspects of recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance, separation and other HR support services.
- Knowledgeable and conversant with local labor laws to ensure GNC’s compliance and apply such knowledge in supporting AD manager in recruiting new staff.
- Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements
- To ensure Talent acquisition & Talent retention.
- Ensuring HR strategies & policies formulation and implementing.
- Ensure planning, evaluation & implementing career plan, succession plans
- Initiatives in Training & organizational renewal & development.
- Implementing new HR practices for ensuring talent retention as well as for overall organization development.
- Ensuring Reward & Recognition Systems, compensation benchmarking, Competency mapping, etc.
- Ensuring time bound massive recruitment & Cost feasibility analysis on reducing recruitment cost.
- Implementing new selection tools & techniques for talent acquisition.
- Enhancing & strengthening employee relationship.
- Responsible for employee welfare and services.
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development.
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development.
- Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements.
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization.
- Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
- Bachelor degree in HR Management or related fields.
- At least 3 years working experience in HR Management or staff development.
- Strong English skill both written and spoken;
- Training / teaching / facilitation experiences / skills;
- Computer literate Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Honest and trustworthy, hard-working and willing to learn
