Westline Education Group Co., Ltd (WEG) is committed to being the leading education provider in South East Asia. Today, WEG runs The Westline Schools and The Northline School which provide K-12 education using the Royal Government of Cambodia’s curriculum and English education. The Group also manages the Educational Development Institute offering education and business training, consultancy and research aiming to improve the capacity of educators, managers and young entrepreneurs in Cambodia.

WEG is seeking consultants for School Management Information System (SMIS) which can centralize all resources and information of all schools, training institutes and other business units of WEG to correspond to the significant growth of WEG. Therefore, We intend to invite potential experienced consulting firms and/or consultants specializing in ICT Strategy Development and Management Information System to handle the project.  

CONSULTANCY OBJECTIVES:
WEG wishes to establish the management information system (MIS) for our full business operations including: 

• Financial management information system (FMIS);
• Admin & Human resources management information system (AHRMIS);
• Academic management information system (AMIS);
• Training management information system (TMIS);
• Research management information system (RMIS);
• Marketing management information system (MMIS);
• ICT Development
• WEG Data Center with manual and procedure for all concerned departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a recognized consulting firm and/or consultants
• Understand ICT Strategy Development and MIS for business
• Knowledge of ICT Strategy Development and MIS for school is a plus
• Must have at least five-year experiences in related field

Interested consultants and/or consulting firms are requested to submit both technical proposal and financial proposal in soft and hard copy to Mr. Vong Bunvisal, Business Development Director, by outlining proposed methodology, CVs of key team members, highlighted previous project work, and with a detailed breakdown of the proposed professional fees, using below address by May 30, 2014 at 5:00PM.
