Community Development Project Coordinator

Good Neighbors International (GNI) is an international humanitarian and development NGO. GNI has made great strides in its mission by providing people around the world with a better quality of life. Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) is the field country project that has been implementing its projects in Cambodia since 2002. GNC is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

Community Development Project Coordinator (1 position based in Koh Chiveang project, Battambang)

Salary range is from $310 to $500 per month plus other benefits

Responsibilities:

• In charge of both Community Development Program and Sponsorship Service Program
• Negotiate with local authority to facilitate the work of GNC
• Coordinate the operational work of the program
• Compile the reports and facilitate the operational of the plan
• Work cooperatively with consultant and staff to constantly upgrade the work of the program in achieving its state goals and objectives.
• Develop activities and working alongside villages to meet their perceived needs
• Research information related to the village and share with other
• Participate in preparation and writing proposals, reports and activities plan
• Participate for project monitoring and evaluating
• Participate in mutually evaluating the work performance of members
• Some tasks as requested from the management team.

Requirement

• Bachelor degree or any related field is the most qualified
• 2 years experiences in Sponsorship and Child case management and related field
• Experiences in community development and is prefer
• Capacity to finish work promptly on time required
• Good interpersonal skill
• Can guarantee to work under pressure and can handle tasks beside duties in job description as requested from management team if available
• Knowledge of child safe organization is prefer
• High Level of English
• Good computer skill (MS office, PPT, Spread sheet)
• Honest, flexible and able to work in a team.
