This course concentrates on cash management that is to help understand how to manage, plan, analyze, and use cash flow properly for their organizations. Cash availability is the lifeblood of the organization. With a proper cash management, the company can grow and prosper—without it the organization could perish.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
Upon the completion of this two-day training, participants are expected to gain the following benefits:

TRAINER PROFILE
Mr. Seiha is an economist, specialized in finance, modeling, research and project management. He has his bachelor degree in Economics and Management, and his master of Econometrics and Economics specializing in Informative Engineering to the Decision and to the economic Assessment, from University of LUMIERE LYON II, France. Mr. Seiha has in-depth experience in finance especially cash flow management and financing, economics analysis, research, and project management. Currently he sits as a board member and works as Chief Financial Officer of Westline Education Group. In this position, he produces, implements, and monitors the 10-Years Business Financial Plan and Annual Financial Plan of the Westline Education Group. He was a research manager and deputy of executive committee of Economic Institute of Cambodia, where he served as a well-known Cambodian economist and the main author of bi-annual publication “Cambodia Economic Watch”. In this position, he monitored economic modeling and forecasting, and managed research project planning, staff, and budgeting. Since 2006, Mr. Seiha has done research and produced publications of many projects.
