It is observed that people with good communications and public speaking skills are most likely to become more successful in their professional careers and have a happier life. They can become more outstanding individuals, effective employees, managers and leaders. There is also evidence that in the professional working environment, people with good communications and public speaking skills have more chances to get promotion to higher positions and get higher pay for their job quicker than those with poor communications and public speaking skills regardless of their educational background. In addition, global research also reveals that 85% of people’s satisfaction comes from their good relationship with others which is the result of having good communications.
TRAINING OBJECTIVE:
To equip the participants with knowledge, skills and confidence to communicate more effectively and efficiently in business environment by using the most appropriate tools for communications and public speaking that are applicable today through applying international best practice and the real world experience.

TRAINERS’ BACKGROUND AND CREDENTIALS
The training is conducted by an experienced professional trainer, Mr. Preap Kol who has more than 17 years of experiences in his various professions with international organizations. He started his first career as an English teacher, then office assistant and accelerated to higher positions such as program officer and then to leadership and management positions such as senior manager, program advisor, operations director, and founder & chairman and executive director of various international and local organizations and enterprise. His previous employers include: CWS, European Union, National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI), World Bank and AngkorOne.com and the United Nations.
In recognition of his active involvement in community services through volunteerism and promotion of moral, ethical values and peace, Preap Kol has been appointed as Ambassador for Peace for the Universal Peace Federation (UPF). He had also been certified as a trainer of the Oxford Centre for Leadership of the United Kingdom (OXCEL) specialized in the subject of “effective communications and public speaking.”
The trainer’s experience ensures this Communications & Public Speaking Skills Training Course is uniquely designed to combine international best practice in effective business communication with examples of real world experience.
Throughout his career, Mr. Preap Kol has trained thousands of people on various subjects and skills. The trainees include employees from community-based organizations, local and international organizations, the United Nations Development Programme and private companies as well as youth and students. He also conducted public speaking training for the CTN TV show’s Youth Leadership Challenge and CTN broadcast’s youth debate. In addition, Mr. Preap Kol has trained Commune Councilors and Parliamentarians on public speaking and debating skills for radio and TV broadcast’s candidate debate program.
