JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Nummanna Auxiliary for Community Enrichment (NaCE) is restructuring their operations to include new programs and to enhance the existing ones. NaCE is a Christian organization for holistic community development. We are now considering filling several positions, full-time (some part-time), with people who want to advance in life with an ongoing career in mind.
Of these positions are opportunities for self-motivated persons aspiring to setup a business from scratch to delivering a high quality child care program in Phnom Penh. The proposed Child Care Centre is a social business enterprise initiative of NaCE with the aim of handing over the business to the ownership of staff and community. Professional experience related to child care is not necessary; however an enthusiasm to be mentored and to learn from local and expat professionals is expected.
Program Manager (Child Care Center)
shall be responsible for the day to day operations of the Child Care Centre by supervising the staff to provide clients with professional service. The PM may be called to deputize (stand in) for CMB as and when required.

- Age, 27 - 35 years; both men and women are encouraged to apply.
- Hold a Bachelor degree in Management/Admin/Social Science or related fields
- At least 3 years work experience with 2 years in supervisory/managerial role.
- Experience in customer service, basic finances, implementation of policies, care of resources, and computer literacy are expected.
- Pleasant and confident in communicating both in Khmer and English.
- Salary point in $300 - $600 to match qualifications and relevant experience.
