EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
Cambodian Food and Service Workers’ Federation (CFSWF) was founded in the year of 2007 as an independent and democratic trade union working to protect and promote workers right, human right, gender equality, freedom of expression, and democracy in Cambodia. CFSWF is looking for a qualified Cambodian national to fill the position of Finance Manager based in Phnom Penh.
Duties:
- Assist program in preparing annual and midyear budgeting
- Prepare cash flow forecast
- Respond all concern related to technical financial aspect to program staff and consolidates the issues and alternative and practical solutions to president
- Maintain all filling system for audit trial
- Assist and advise to program in checking financial reports including monthly quarterly, annual and donor reports
- Assist secretary coordinator in updating and executing policy and procedure
- Analyse, reprocess and review all payment and income voucher
- Manage daily financial accounting and ensure its compliance with CFSWF’s policy
- Update asset listing every months and count physical asset very quarter
- Building capacity of program staff related to financial guideline/budget monitoring
- Follow up schedule report of report for all donors
- Monitor cashier accuracy of figures and expenditures of advance and petty cash system
- Responsible on budgeting and donor reports.
- Prepare bank reconciliation for monthly
- Prepare payroll and tax for monthly
- Other task is assigned by secretary if needed.
Requirements:
- At least bachelor degree or other professional accounting qualification
- At least 2 years’ experience in financial management
- Strong organisation skill and ability to handle multi tasks
- Command of both spoken and written English and Khmer
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office, QuickBook
- Previous experience working with NGOs
- Willing to work with grassroots
- Good interpersonal skill
- Honestly and flexibility
Basis salary 500 USD with other benefit.
