JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Nummanna Auxiliary for Community Enrichment (NaCE) is restructuring their operations to include new programs and to enhance the existing ones. NaCE is a Christian organization for holistic community development. We are now considering filling several positions, full-time (some part-time), with people who want to advance in life with an ongoing career in mind.

Of these positions are opportunities for self-motivated persons aspiring to setup a business from scratch to delivering a high quality child care program in Phnom Penh.  The proposed Child Care Centre is a social business enterprise initiative of NaCE with the aim of handing over the business to the ownership of staff and community. Professional experience related to child care is not necessary; however an enthusiasm to be mentored and to learn from local and expat professionals is expected.

Centre Business Manager
shall have overall responsibility to establish and to run a high quality Child Care Centre, and to ensure this business enterprise is successful. In setting up of the Centre and its program the CBM shall be supported by a donor/consultant and a Management Team of volunteers.

• Age preferably 29 - 40 years; both men and women are encouraged to apply.
• Hold a Bachelor degree or higher in Management/Business or a related field
• Wide range of work experience with 3 years in leadership/managerial role
• Competence in customer service, financial management, policy and compliance, staff development, computer literacy, report writing, liaison with authorities/overseas consultants, market-strategy, administration (if not in all areas, in most is expected).
• A pleasant disposition and being professional in communication both in Khmer and English.
• Salary point in $500 - $800 to match qualifications and relevant experience.
