Vacancy: Education Consultant

JOB PURPOSE
Join our exciting and dynamic team in marketing & consulting educational products and develop new business opportunities. To work within targets in relation to business volume as well as ensure provision of quality advise on educational path for students and professionals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess or pursuing Bachelor degree with major in Marketing or related areas
• 2-3 years work experience in sales and marketing and working with target sets
• Superior Communication skills and knowledge of the programs so as to be able to counsel potential students and sell the programs.
• Fast learner, Creative and able to work independently as well as in group
• Self-starter, enthusiastic and loves working with people

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Marketing

• Provide educational advise to students and professionals about study path and choices
• Maintain high level of relationships with customers. Establish excellent relationship with customers and students at all levels.
• Responsible for the external promotion, marketing and sales of the education and training programs.
• Responsible for business volume of the assigned range of programs. Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
• Responsible for marketing and sales activities of its portfolio with the objective of achieving marketing and sales targets within prescribed cost and resource limits.
• Assist and involve in marketing and sales campaigns, including advertising, cold calling, exhibitions or education fairs, school visits and other publicity exercise.
• Preparation of relevant Reports

Customer Service orientated

• Attending to customer needs, queries and ensuring that all customers are at ease.
• Providing necessary, accurate and timely information to customers.
• Any other business, which may occur from time to time.
