Regulatory Affairs Supervisor

JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

UNITED PHARMA (Cambodia) Co,. Ltd is urgently seeking one qualified Cambodians to fill up position of Regulatory Affairs Supervisor with the following qualifications: 

Job Location: Based in Phnom Penh

Duties:

• Handle all pharmaceutical product registrations and related matters
• Handle all import licenses (pharmaceutical products and personal care) 
• Handle all of promotion materials license
• Handle all of notification cosmetic products
• Handle all of trademarks registration with MOC (Ministry of Commerce) 
• Liaise with and assist suppliers / manufacturers in preparing document for product registrations & manufacturer registration
• Keep update on current registration regulation and any prospective changes or new regulations and share such information with concern departments
• Keep records of all related renew and certify of all licenses / certificates and other related legal documents of the company report to Manager 
• Obtain and circulate to related departments the monthly and yearly drugs registration reports from Department of Drug and Food (DDF or FDA) and other related reports from Ministry of Health
• Liaison and maintain good business relationship with related government entities
• Assist with suppliers / manufacturers & marketing people in preparing the mock-up design of the packaging of the sample for registration to comply with (DDF or FDA) requirement

Requirements:

• Pharmacist or closely related expert 
• Preferably two years work experience
• Good communication skills, tactful in dealing with government entities
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good computer skills (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint & Adobe Photoshop is preferable)
• Flexible and outgoing, honest and hard working
• Good time management
