HOPE XXL wants to ensure that all world citizens can achieve a life they
can grade as ‘good’. Therefore we are developing a new vision on the
future, shared by young people worldwide. Thousands of young people have
worked together to draft the Liemers List: a manifesto stating our
ideas on issues ranging from sustainabilty and conflict to international
cooperation and human rights.
We are pleased to announce the Call for Applications for the HOPE XXL Triple-A Summit, taking place 28 – 31 May in The Hague, The Netherlands. The event brings together young people from Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Americas to develop their vision on the future. Applications have now opened!
The event is set to inspire participants with renowned speakers and an amazing program in The Hague, the International City of Peace and Justice, and to develop young people’s vision on the future as the final step before the HOPE XXL Global Summit. Participation is free of charge and includes the program, accommodation and meals.
Important update: we will have a selection round in January to facilitate participants who need to apply for a visa. All applications received on or before Friday 17 January will be taken into account. All applications received after this date will be reviewed after the final deadline of February 16th 2014.
