Pour un Sourire d'Enfant Organization (PSE) is seeking for a potential candidate to fill a vacant position of Monitoring and Evaluation (M& E) Assistant Volunteer based in Phnom Penh (01 post) for a Family Livelihood Improvement Project (FLIP) under a large INTERVITA Organization funded, which aims to increase the access to education for vulnerable children by increasing the income of their families head and by improving their schooling conditions.

- Assist in drafting and editing the research proposal
- Assist in designing and editing the questionnaire
- Interview and collect the data
- Enter the data into the system
- Assist in interpreting the data
- Assist in report writing
- Provide a support on logistics and administration in the research project
- Write a monthly report for the supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum Year IV in Sociology, Psychology, Economics, or other related fields
- Good facilitation and communication with community people
- Good command of English
- IT literate ( Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Internet, E-mail…etc.,)
- Be able to travel to communities around the city
- Be responsible, honest and self-motivated
- Be able to work for a six month full time contract
- Fast learning and eager to learn a new thing
- Understand and respect the value and mission of PSE and INTERVITA
