Training Methodology
Presentation: The Trainer will present on the subjects described above, while participants actively listen and taking notes. Participants will have the opportunity to express their comments, by asking questions and providing answers from their own personal experiences with each other.

Group discussion: Participants will be assigned to work in small groups by brainstorming, discussing, outlining, selecting and analysing ideas. This allows the trainees to contribute their ideas and comments to the whole group, enablingothers to respond and react to their contributions. This method also allows participants to summarise and raise their comments to the class as a whole, either individually or as part of a group.

Role Play: Participants will have the opportunity to improve their skills, attitudes, and confidence in real situations through the use of role-play. This helps to build experience, and allows the trainee to be creative and flexible when in the actual situation, and also assists participants to express their personal experiences.

Activities: In order to foster a more active and friendly environment during the training, participants will be introduced with a variety of interactive and sociable activities. This allows participants to entertain, stimulate interest and alertness, as well as recall information and skills, and to learn from each other’s experiences.

Case Studies: In order to assist participants to visualize what they have learnt into actual practice, many case studies will be introduced. Participants will have to work as a team to reflect their understanding.

Question and Answer: Participants are encouraged to express any confusion or unclear parts of the subjects, and to ask questions to clarify. Simultaneously, the other participants actively listen and continue to learn at the same time.
