Enfants&Développement (E&D) is a first French International NGO implemented in Cambodia since 1984. In the present, E&D work in domain of Education, Health and Social Work (Family Development) in Phnom Penh and in Kampong Speu Province to support vulnerable families, children, youth, pregnant women and health structures. E&D is now seeking for a qualified Cambodian National for the full-time position as a Secretary/Receptionist based in Phnom Penh.
The person will have overall responsibilities in administration work to support activities of the project of E&D under supervision of Admin and Finance Manager.

The person will have overall responsibilities in administration work to support activities of the project of E&D under supervision of Admin and Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Recording related documents (Letter in and out)
- General housekeeping and office supplies
- Assist Admin/Finance Manager in administrative work
- Attend phone calls, emails and faxes reception and transmit as appropriate.
- Checking Email of E&D and forward to the related person
- Manage the use of meeting rooms
- Collect quotation from supplier based on E&D policy
- Maintain and record project documents
- Follow up and prepare the documents for expatriates visa renewal and airport pass etc.
- Assist in data entry of projects
- Miscellaneous duties for Office (copy, fax, scanner…)
- Negotiate and follow up to produce the communication materials
- Facilitate the basic need of management teams
- Welcome and orientate visitors.
- Other tasks assigned by the Administrative and Finance Manager
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or Bachelor Decree of Business Administration or equivalents,
- Good communication skill in Khmer and in English (speaking and writing)
- Smart personality and honest
- Computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and Internet)
- Willing to learn and work hard
- Able to work under pressure
