By the end of 2 days professional training workshop the participants will be able to:
  • Understand the concepts and skills of employee training and development in the organization
  • Practice the methods and steps to conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) more effectively
  • Develop staff capacity building plan for the organization more clearly for implementation 
  • Design and develop curriculum for employee training and development  in an organization
  • Manage training program in an organization more effectively

Session III: Training Needs Analysis/Assessment (TNA)
Session IV: Training Design and Development
  1. What is TNA and how is it important for training program
  2. Steps of conducting TNA
  3. Techniques of conducting TNA
  4. How to analyze TNA and reporting
  5. How to develop staff capacity building plan
  1. Select the training methods, objectives, contents and material
  2. Training the Trainer
Session V: Training Implementation
Session VI: Training Evaluation

  1. Where objective meet
  2. Reactions, Learning, Behavior and Result (RLBR)
Training Methodology
The training methodology will be focused on Experience Based and Participatory Approaches include: lecture, student-centered including brainstorming, role play, small group discussion with plenary presentation, plenary discussion, group work, team involvement in decision making, participants’ problems raised during the workshop for discussion, communication game and any other contributions will be held in high respect.

Training tools, materials and facilities
The LCD projector, flipcharts, posters, color papers, handouts, folders, pens, papers and other stationeries, especially, daily evaluation and final evaluation and other specific materials were used to present key learning concepts and structures and to make good environment for learning and to ensure the training run smoothly and efficiency.
