Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) is a non-profit organization, established at the end of 1995 in Cambodia, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to destitute, maltreated, abused and uneducated children in Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville and Siem Reap.
Currently PSE is providing help to more than 6,500 children, supporting around 3,000 children in public schools, 1,500 in the remedial education program, and 1,500 in the vocational training program. Around 500 children benefit from specific educational programs: classes for children with a disability, day-care centers, infant welfare etc.
PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a potential candidate for a vacant position of Student Affair Officer (01 post), based in Phnom Penh.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a Secretary of Hotel School’s Internship Committee
- Plan, organize, attend meetings and prepare reports, memos and announcements pertaining to Hotel School’s Domestic and International Internship Programs including communicating with our industry partners to identify their Intern requirements
- Work with Division heads to determine suitable placement of Interns at industry establishments
- Work with Local and International Internship partners (Hotels or Restaurants Industry) to ensure Interns are attending and performing their duties according to industry standards
- Prepare other spreadsheets and reports as required
- Analyze statistical information and make recommendations
- Prepare annual financial budget as it applies to your main duties
- Monitor and report financial performance as it relates to your major responsibilities
- Other administrative duties assigned by Dean of Hotel School
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Hospitality, Sales and Marketing, Management, Education, or other related fields
- Strong personality of Marketing, Communication and Networking
- Good command of English; French is a plus
- IT literate (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project Management)
- Be honest, dedicated, honest, and responsible
- Be outgoing and team building
- Well grooming with professional manner
