Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a potential candidate for a vacant position of Sales and Marketing Instructor (01 post), based in Phnom Penh.

- Train Bachelor Students in Business Administration Major ion Basic Sales and Marketing, as well as Business Research Methods and Technical Vocational Training Students in Basic Marketing and Sales Techniques
- Control and manage the classroom management and discipline
- Update the course content in line with current and future market trends
- Coordinate market survey project with the students in order to provide them with real practice and expose them to local companies marketing needs
- Cooperate with other teams or departmentscompanies to look for Sales Market Survey Practice Projects in Practices for students and guide them from theories into real practices
- Develop assessment tools to evaluate students’ progress and behavior change
- Cooperate with team to promote course improvement and student information sharing
- Write a report for Dean of Business School
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Economics, Business or other related fields
- Master's Degree is a plus
- At least one year experiences in Sales or Marketing, including experience in market research
- Teaching experience or pedagogy certificate is a plus
- Good command of English (Min 450 TOEFL Testing Score) ; French is a plus
- IT literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook….) ; SPSS is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Sales and Marketing, and particularly Market Research
- Strong business concepts and social ethics
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong drive to develop/ improve/ change
- Good project management skills
