Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a potential candidate for a vacant position of Retail Business Instructor (01 post), based in Phnom Penh.

- Train students in Bachelor Program of Business School, Retail Business Diploma, and Technical Vocational Training in Retail Business (Retail Sales, Animation and Management)Course
- Lead and guide the students in practical retail projects: Retail Shop Project aims at supplying hygiene, stationery and office materials to all staffdepartments of PSE, Boutique Project focuses on selling souvenir, clothes, craft to visitors and Phsar Yeung Project is to sell hygiene and personal care products to all PSE staff
- Work closely with retail business team to update and develop the course program of retail business in line with current and future market trend
- Assist and arrange the schedule for students to practice, and share best practices related to product display, inventory, customer services, and other related skills in retail business
- Play a role as a coordinator and communicator to invite a guest speaker or expert related to retail business to present to students
- Observe and assess both student behavior and study progress and change them accordingly
- Develop, coordinate and follow-up implementation of alternate training with students and companies
- Write a report for a direct supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Management or other related fields
- Minimum one year experience in retail shop, mini mart, supermarket, department store, sales and marketing or other related experience
- Teaching experience or teaching pedagogy is a plus
- Good knowledge and experience in retail sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English ( 450 TOEFL score); French is a plus
- Advance level of office computer programs (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. PowerPoint, and Outlook, Photoshop….) ; Quickbook is a plus
- Self-motivated, dynamic, patient and initiative plus a good team player
