Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a potential candidate for a vacant position of IT Technician (02 posts), based in Phnom Penh.
Responsibilities

- Provide user supporters for all IT problems and other office devices
- Responsible for software installation of a computer and telephone network
- Responsible for maintenance and reparation of all computers and other devices
- Troubleshoot software, network operating system and parts of hardware
- Provide orientation or guidance to users of new technology or IT maintenance
- Maintain list of reparation and maintenance
- Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources
- Write a report for IT administrator
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related fields
- Minimum 2 year experiences in troubleshooting and network problem solving
- Strong knowledge of computer networks, network administration and network installation and computer troubleshooting
- Experiences related Operation System, PDC, DNS, DHCP, Mail, Firewall, Proxy...etc.,
- Be able to setup and configure LAN
- Be able to communicate in Enlgish; French is a plus
- IT literate ( Ms. Word and Excel, PowerPoint, ...etc.,)
- Strong team building and analytical skills
- Good time management and customer service oriented
- Respect and support the mission and value of PSE
