Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is seeking for a potential candidate to fill a vacant position of Finance Assistant (01 post) for a Family Livelihood Improvement Project under a large INTERVITA Organization funded that aims to increase access to education for vulnerable children by increasing the income of their families head and by improving their schooling conditions.

- Prepare cash and make the payment to the trainees in the Project of Family Livelihood Improvement
- Preparing the finance voucher to comply with the right budget code and finance procedure
- Record all the revenues and expenses into the daily report
- Do the calculation and make sure all the information on each invoice is completed
- Do the translation on invoices from Khmer to English
- Check daily attendance list of each training section
- Import all the data into the compensation list
- Produce the daily expenditure report
- Monthly stationary checking
- Perform other administration affairs related to fiancé and accounting
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Accounting, Banking, Finance or other related fields
- Minimum one year working experience related
- Demonstrate a high capacity of accounting software and advance excel program
- Good command of English; French is a plus
- Strong personality of good organization, communication, confidentiality, and honesty
- Have a strong interest to work with community people
- Good time management and Problem Solving skill
- Be able to work under a four month contract
- Respect and support the mission and value of PSE
