Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is seeking for a potential candidate to fill a vacant position of Child Sponsorship Assistant (02 posts) for a Family Livelihood Improvement Project under a large INTERVITA Organization funded that aims to increase access to education for vulnerable children by increasing the income of their families head and by improving their schooling conditions.

- Manage and control students' profile and attendance of PSE students under the project of Family Livelihood Improvement in Child Sponsorship Program (SAD) enrolled in two public schools
- Visit and communicate with school directors and teachers in charge in target school
- Follow up and manage the attendance, study performance, , student behavior, drop out of school and other issues related
- Assist and coordinate all logistics and study materials for all students in Child Sponsorship Program
- Organize and facilitate various campaigns of Child Sponsorship Program to ensure the program is fully implemented and reach the objective
- Build and promote a good communication with all stakeholders (School Directors, State School Teacher, Internal Staff, students…)
- Perform other administration affairs related
- Write a report for a supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Management, Sociology or other related fields
- Minimum one year working experience related
- Be able to communicate in English; French is a plus
- IT literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, PowerPoint…)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a strong interest to work with community people
- Patient, dynamic, flexible and team building
- Respect and support the mission and value of PSE
