Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a potential candidate for a vacant position of Assistant to Sports and Extra Curricular Activities Program (01 post), based in Phnom Penh.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assist and support administration affairs to sports and extra-curricular activities team covering from filing and documenting, sports facility and logistics controlling, sports activities scheduling, sports attendance controlling, and other similar tasks
- Build a good relationship with students, participants and others to share all information about sports activities and programs
- Assist sports trainer and sports facilitator to organize sports events and tournaments
- Assist in controlling and handling various issues and conflicts with students, participants and others
- Perform other tasks assigned by a manager
Requirements
- Minimum high school certificate or bachelor degree
- Sports training certificate is a plus
- Minimum one year experience in administration or student affairs
- High interest and motivation in sports and extra-curricular (extra-class) activities
- Strong willingness to travel and visit outing tournaments and sports activities around Phnom Penh communities
- Be able to manage and facilitate teenagers effectively
- Be dynamic, autonomous, team working, and sporty
- Computer literacy Ms. Office ( Word, Excel & E-mail)
- Be able to communicate in English
- Demonstrate a high respect of Children Rights and follow the vision and mission of organization
