Major responsibilities

• Handling overall finance and accounting matters of Cambodia office;
• Setup accounting books and other registration;
• Issue local invoice and push AR collection;
• Setup and close local accounting book, reconcile with SAP and finish tax return and reporting;
• Treasury management, clearing AR and AP balance;
• Filing document and assist annual local accounting and tax audit
• Accomplish bank statements and reconcile well monthly;
• Communication with business operation and other cross function with good relationship, to be quick and professional response and feedback to proper request from internal and external;
• Monthly closing and filling;
• Handle other finance process according to company SOP and make sure align with SOX requirement;
• Other assigned tasks by the Supervisor; Warehousing/Admin/HR

Reporting

• Prepare VAT invoice list monthly and reconcile with SAP balance;
• Accomplish SAP book accurately and closing on time each month;

Education & Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience in Financial Operations, preferably in an international environment with different legal entities, Business Units and cultures.
• Bachelor Degree holder preferably with major in finance/accounting/economics or equivalent through experience.
• Expert in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point);
• Excellent English speaker; Mandarin is a plus
• Proven working knowledge of accounting and other transaction processing systems and internal controls;
• SAP knowledge is a significant plus
