Pour un Sourire d'Enfant Organization (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to the rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for potential candidates for the position of Food and Beverage Service Instructor (01 post), based in Phnom Penh.

- Be responsible for supervising and controlling the restaurant operation "Lotus Blanc PSE Restaurant", providing training of Food and Beverage Skills to hotel students, observing and evaluating student performance during practices and building a guest relation and other communication
- Plan and assign rotation schedule for students to practice in the restaurant and observe and improve their work performance and attitude during practices
- Control, organize and supervise student activities before the operation (mis en place), during and after operation to ensure that students get familiar with standard of operation (SOP) and food safety
- Train and coach students in the skills of food and beverage based on the school program given
- Work closely with team and other sections related
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum High School Certificate, F & B Service Certificate or Bachelor's Degree of Hotel and Tourism or others related
- Minimum 3 year progressive experiences as restaurant supervisor or manager at a high quality Restaurant, Resort or Hotel
- Be able to communicate in English
- IT literate( Ms. Word and Excel,...etc.,)
- Be professional, grooming with good interpersonal skills
- Willing to work with vulnerable children
- Respect and support the mission and value of PSE
