Real estate is an important issue for both legal professionals such as notaries and lawyers, and professionals from the world of services related to real estate (real estate agent, property manager or professional in insurance sector or banking sector). So how to communicate about the services offered by a professional in the field ? The presence of all companies on the internet today is paramount. People use so frequently Internet to find information, purchase goods or services.
In France, more than a quarter of queries on search engines for the services of"small ads"and 4 out of 10 go through a search engine to get to a site related to real estate. Moreover, the diversity of web services now enables professionals to offer prospective customers and prospects enrichment tools to determine their choices. Finally, the spread of smartphones and improving the flow of communication networks provide users with new services and professional means to differentiate.The purpose of these summer schools is to create:
- the link between professionals, academics, decision-makers in Cambodia and to be able to develop projects that cross looks on common and transdisciplinary issues,
- a more flexible format for people working during day-time to encourage an international and interactive experience after work / study ,
PROGRAM
The Summer Training will take place from 8 to 19 July 2013.
Interventions will take place from Monday to Friday from 5.30pm to 9pm at Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh, Cambodia in room G1. Course is delivered in Khmer
First Week: 8-12 July 2013 "Communication aspects" by Didier Fraisse
The approach to position and take advantage of Web 2.0 and social media for business should be part of a marketing approach:
- Understand the market
- Behavior of its target Web
- Representation and adaptation of its added value
- Understanding of social media and defining a communication strategy
- Develop a communication plan on the web and social media
Second Week: 15 -19 July 2013 “Legal Aspects" by M.Yann BERGHEAUD
The massive use of these new technologies raise several legal issues that must be overcome:
- Ownership of information: who owns an image, video, text, .... ?
- Right of electronic communication: what is the responsibility concerning the management of a tool for online communication (website, Facebook page, ...)?
- Internet Law: What is the responsibility of a website manager ? etc..
