Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a potential candidate for a Full Time Fundraising Assistant Volunteer, based in Phnom Penh.

- Assist in writing and editing progress reports, final report, grant proposals or other related proposals
- Review and support the drafting and editing of various documents related to correspondence, project paper and other fundraising materials
- Assist in updating and controlling the donor database
- Support the identification and research of new funding opportunities for PSE programs
- Provide logistical support in the organization of events and other fundraising activities
- Participate in the development of a fundraising ideas kit to support people willing to raise funds for PSE
2. Administrative
- Translate documents from/to English and Khmer (if the candidate is fluent in Khmer)
- Administer and perform other administration tasks
Requirements
- Minimum Year IV in Communication, Media, International Relation, Journalism or other fields related
- Good Knowledge of Computer Microsoft Office and Social Media
- Good command of verbal and written communication skills of English; French is a plus
- Eligible for Cambodian or Foreigner
- Demonstrate a strong capability of communication and networking skills
- Be flexible, dynamic and proactive
- Have a strong willingness and interest in learning new things related to communication and fundraising
- Be able to work for full time within a six month contract
