  • The trainer will share the best practices of Recruitment Process that is being applied by the many International NGOs in the Cambodia Context and International.
  • Participant will be learning and sharing experience and developing new skills on Recruitment Practices from each other

Analysis for the Right Candidate
  • How to manage the recruitment process effectively.
  • How to use the Job competency based Interview
  • How to apply tool SBI
  • Accessing the candidate
  • How to conclude and make the final decision on the selection process
Job Offer and Rejection
  • How to conduct background check via Reference Checks
  • How to develop Job Offer and Employment Contract
