Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a potential candidate for a vacant position of Child Care Mother (01 post), based in Phnom Penh.
Responsibilities

- Care and look after children (aged 4-14 years old) on daily activities such as bathing, feeding, washing, ironing, dressing and other similar responsibilities
- Guide and instruct children in hygiene, dressing, eating, and resting
- Read to children like educational stories and help them do homework
- Organize and participate in recreational and educational activities such as games, song, drawing, painting …etc.,
- Assist in planning for children and shopping for sometimes
- Accompany children to and from school with care and responsibilities
- Control and maintain toys and other play kits
- Promote discipline and assist in solving a problem
Requirements
- Be able to read write Khmer language
- Some experiences in looking after children or kid teacher
- Some knowledge of child development and behavior change
- Some knowledge of basic children rights
- Have a strong or love and care of children
- Hard work, patient and dynamic
- Be able to work in team and individual
Competitive salary, free lunch, insurance, health care 80%, and training will be provided to successful candidates.
