Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to the rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for potential candidates for the position of Accounting and Finance Instructor (01 Post), based in Phnom Penh.

- Train and teach Technical High Skill Level and BBA students in Accounting for Practice, Basic Finance and Taxation
- Lead the students to design, set up and implement the accounting project/ accounting control/ accounting procedure for the real business entities
- Upgrade and modify the appropriate interactive course programs and resources in line with labor market requirements
- Represent and connect with various accounting or finance experts/ companies to be guest speakers or study visits at their work
- Assess and evaluate student behavior and study progress and propose an effective tool to improve accordingly
- Perform other duties assigned by Business School
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking or other related fields
- Extensive practical experiences in: Tax Declaration, Practical Accounting and QuickBooks
- Minimum 3 year experiences in accounting and finance in a company or other related industries
- Excellent knowledge and experience in QuickBooks and/or Accounting Software
- Good command of English; French is a plus
- IT literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Power Point…etc.,)
- Demonstrate a strong motivation or interest in teaching career
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Respect and support the mission and value of PSE
