Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a potential candidate for a vacant position of Quality Assurance Officer (01 post), based in Phnom Penh.

- Follow up Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) and External Quality Assurance (EQA) System Progress, Review and reinforce Internal and External Communication, Perform administrative Affairs for Hotel School to ensure that the tasks, systems and procedure is well executed and managed
- Follow Up the progress and procedure of IQA and EQA system in Hotel School and outlets of Hotel School
- Inspect and control Quality Assurance of Learners, School Operations and School Resources in compliance with the standard and procedure
- Build and improve communication with hotel and restaurant stakeholders
- Study/ survey students' capacity during the internship, external practice or other practices
- Prepare and administer all QA administration tasks and logistics ranging from student contract, agreement and others alike
- Report Quality Assurance System progress to Quality Assurance Supervisor of Hotel School
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Administration, Economics, Management or other fields related
- Minimum 1 year experience in administration, quality control, or other related experiences
- Strong experience of administration, monitoring and evaluation
- Basic knowledge of report writing skills
- Keen on detail with a desire for continuous improvements
- Be able to communicate in English (French is a plus)
- IT literate ( Ms. Word and Excel, PowerPoint, ...etc.,)
- Be honest, dedicated, team player and dynamic
- Respect and support the mission and value of PSE
