Pour un Sourire d'Enfant Organization (PSE) is a French non- profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to the rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for potential candidates for the position of Public Relation Officer (01 post), based in Phnom Penh.

- Search and find the job employment and internship for the PSE students in various vocational training skills such as construction, mechanics, hotel, business…etc.,
- Develop, represent and maintain strong positive relations, networks and contacts with NGOs, multi-international companies or others to ensure that all students get employed and interned timely
- Collaborate with communication and fundraising office to initiate and organize various events/ activities to raise funds for PSE
- Facilitate, follow up and solve students problems while they are doing the internship and working
- Write a monthly report for manager
Requirements
- Possess bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Communication or others alike
- Minimum two year progressive working experiences ( Public Relation, Communication, Sales, Marketing, …etc.,)
- Some experiences related to marketing research/ survey
- Ideal applicant shall experience in diverse communication with foreigners
- Open both Cambodian and Foreigner Applicants
- Prove the past experiences/ success stories in communication and relation with various institution NGOs, International Companies or others
- Strong interest and motivation to work outdoor/ travelling
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Good command of English or French
- IT literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, E-mail…)
- Be outgoing, enthusiastic, and result - oriented
- Respect and support the mission and value of PSE
