Pour un Sourire d'Enfant Organization (PSE) is seeking for a potential candidate to fill a vacant position of Office Assistant Volunteer based in Phnom Penh (01 post) for a Family Livelihood Improvement Project (FLIP) under a large INTERVITA Organization funded, which aims to increase the access to education for vulnerable children by increasing the income of their families head and by improving their schooling conditions.

- Assist all purchase orders and manage the office stationery
- Supply and distribute all materials and logistics to trainees and people concerned based on the policy
- Help design and develop forms or procedures related to logistics and trainee affair roles
- Assist in checking the attendance of trainees
- Translate the document from English to Khmer or vice versa
- Administer and classify all documents and recordings in a good manner
Requirements
- 3rd or 4th year university students in Business Administration, Finance, Economics other related fields
- Good command in English in both writing and speaking
- Computer literacy ( Ms. Word and Excel, etc.,)
- Well organized, fast learning, self-motivated, honest and confidential ability
- Be able to work for a six month full time contract
- Understand and respect the value and mission of PSE
