Pour un Sourire d'Enfant Organization (PSE) is seeking for a potential candidate to fill a vacant position of Business Facilitation Unit Assistant Volunteer based in Phnom Penh (01 post) for a Family Livelihood Improvement Project (FLIP) under a large INTERVITA Organization funded, which aims to increase the access to education for vulnerable children by increasing the income of their families head and by improving their schooling conditions.

- To do home visit and study beneficiaries: going on the field and verify some information, check different details before giving a loan
- To follow-up on some loan beneficiaries
- To record and update databases and monitoring tools according to actions
- To enter data following the interviews of beneficiaries by the business facilitators
- To update of the contact details of borrowers based on the forms administered by CMK (that the intern would go to pick up) and the information of the social team
- To help the business facilitators to prepare the logistics for the training sessions about small business and money management
- To help the project consultant regarding data collection, interviews, and cooperation regarding the SMILE village project
- To help the project consultant in social business creation if requested
- To help the business facilitators to carry out a market survey if requested
- To help the business facilitation unit if requested
Requirements
- 3rd or 4th year university students in Social, Management, Finance or in other related field
- Good command in English in both writing and speaking
- Know how to use Microsoft Office is needed (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Internet and E-mail)
- Willing to work with poor people and like communicating with people
- Initiative and team work
- Be able to work for a six month full time contract
- Understand and respect the value and mission of PSE
