Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to the rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for potential candidates for the position of Assistant to Deputy Programs Director (01 Post), based in Phnom Penh.

- Assistant to Deputy Programs Director in charge of Health, Accommodation and Extra-Curriculum Activities Programs undertakes three main domains: perform and coordinate administration affairs, programs follow up, and communication liaison
- Organize, coordinate and schedule all appointments and meetings, trainings and other events for deputy programs director and then write a precise report and distribute to people concerned
- Centralize, filter and prioritize all incoming e-mails for deputy programs director and reply accordingly
- Make sure documents, filings and office work maintained and well-organized
- Collect and consolidate all reports from managers and staff under deputy programs director supervision
- Oversee and verify all over time working requests, quotations, invoices and other expenses
- Control and manage all logistics, stock checking, inventory recording, to ensure logistics to be ready to implement and launch various programs, projects, or activities
- Collaborate with managers in charge of each activity and project to follow up their work, supply logistics, and assist them where applicable
- Assist deputy programs director in collecting and consolidating the budget plan from each activity and project and monitor based on the budget line
- Provide and build a good communication and relation with all people especially in HR, Admin, Accounting and Finance…
- Perform other tasks assigned by deputy programs director
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics or other related fields
- Minimum two year working progressive and related experiences
- Strong capacity of administration and secretary skills
- Strong ability of office management and formal administration letter writing
- Attention to detail with active listening and recording skills
- Be able to handle with multi-tasks
- Well-organized, flexible, patient and dynamic
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer office programs: Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Outlook…
- High speed and accurate typing of Unicode
- Good command of English; French is a plus
