Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to the rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for potential candidates for the position of Assistant Special Need Teacher (02 Posts)_ 01 post for full time and 01 post for part time in the evening, based in Phnom Penh.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage and support disabled children (hygiene, discipline, and others)
- Observe, assess and discuss with other teachers about the disabled children development both physically and mentally
- Control and manage materials and other belongings of disabled children in a good order
- Watch, facilitate and assist disabled children to involve in different activities and care about their safety
- Help and care children both physically and mentally such as how to sleep, walk, stand, sit, eat, or use the toilet
- Schedule, assign, and follow up tasks of workers in special class education
Requirements
- Minimum complete grade 12 of state school or related certificate of disabled children
- Minimum two year related experiences (disabled children, child care, special class education)
- Highly responsible for a profession with a nice treatment and love our children
- Be patient with a strong ability to keep privacy and confidentiality
- Be able to use English or French in some extent
